Do not say to your neighbour, "Come back later; I'll give it tomorrow" - when you have it with you. ~28...it goes on... Proverbs 3
The long and short of it is this: When you can do something good for someone, do it.
If you see someone in need, don't be so selfish or afraid to reach out. Speaking a kind word, taking the elderly neighbour's empty recycling bins back up to their house, purchasing some food for those without, returning something you borrowed, donating your time to hold the door for the mother with her arms and hands full...Even these simple acts of good can make a huge difference in the lives of others. And remember: doing good is not just about helping those "less fortunate" than you, rather, your behaviour - doing good - is unconfined to age, status, or otherwise!
Take courage and time to do good today - and everyday!
